Composition and instructions for use of Plantafol, how to dilute the fertilizer

To achieve a high-quality and abundant harvest of vegetables, fruits, and berries, gardeners use mineral fertilizers. Plantafol provides plants with the nutrients they need for growth, development, and fruiting, which they cannot obtain in sufficient quantities from the soil. We'll explore the details of how to properly use this universal fertilizer below.

What is included in the composition and description of the product

This complex mineral fertilizer, developed in Spain, includes four varieties with different levels of nitrogen, potassium, and phosphorus mineral compounds. Each package lists the proportions of the mineral components:

  • fertilizer marked 30:10:10 contains 30% nitrogen and 10% each of potassium and phosphorus;
  • "Plantafol" with the designation 5:15:45 contains 5% nitrogen, 15% phosphorus and 45% potassium;
  • The marking on the packaging 20:20:20 indicates an equal content of all mineral compounds;
  • The designation 10:54:10 indicates a high phosphorus content.

In addition to the basic ingredients, this fertilizer also contains iron, copper, zinc, manganese, sulfur, and molybdenum. This versatile product is available as a green powder in hermetically sealed plastic containers weighing 1, 5, and 25 kg.

Important! Plantafol is a complex fertilizer that does not contain sodium or chlorine compounds and is completely safe for people, pets, and plants.

Purpose and mechanism of action

The fertilizer is used as a foliar feed for garden and vegetable crops; in some cases, the solution is also watered at the roots. The ingredients in the product ensure proper plant growth and development, strengthen the immune system, and increase resilience to extreme weather conditions.

  • Fertilizers with increased phosphorus content promote fruiting, are responsible for flowering and fruit set. Plantafol (labeled 10:54:10) is used at the beginning of the growing season, before flowering, and during fruit set.
  • Fertilizer labeled 20:20:20 is universal and can be used in all cases where a deficiency of useful compounds is detected in the soil.
  • Fertilizer labeled 5:15:45 is characterized by a high potassium content, accelerates fruit ripening processes, and increases plant resistance to weather and climate changes.
  • Plantafol, labeled 30:10:10, contains nitrogen compounds. It is used during the initial growing season to accelerate the growth and development of garden and vegetable crops.

Plantafol

In addition to using Plantafol as a primary fertilizer, this universal preparation is recommended for use in the following cases:

  • slowing down or stopping the growth and development of plants;
  • damage to rhizomes by fungi or rot;
  • deterioration of soil composition and quality;
  • sudden weather changes, large amounts of precipitation, increased soil and air humidity;
  • the spread of fungal, viral and bacterial diseases;
  • slowing down of fruiting processes.

Important! The universal composition of Plantafol fertilizer accelerates crop ripening and improves the taste and marketability of vegetables, berries, and fruits.

Instructions for use

For foliar feeding, use an aqueous solution of the preparation, which is prepared after reading the instructions for use of the fertilizer.

The amount of fertilizer to be diluted in settled water depends directly on the type of garden and vegetable crops. Pour the prepared solution into a spray bottle and spray the foliage and stems of the plants.

  • For potatoes and other root crops, a working solution is prepared by mixing 25 grams of powder per bucket of water. Spray the plants at the beginning of the growing season, before flowering, and after flowering.
  • Plantafol is used as a root dressing for cucumbers. This is done in conjunction with watering the cucumber plants.
  • To improve the growth and fruiting of vegetable crops, prepare a solution of 35 g of the product per bucket of settled water. Spray plants no more than three times during the growing season, at intervals of 10-14 days.
  • Berry bushes and fruit trees are treated with fertilizer during the bud and ovary formation period, with intervals of 10-12 days. The solution is prepared using 30 grams of powder per bucket of liquid.
  • Ornamental shrubs and flowers are sprayed with the product no more than twice per season. To prepare a working solution, use 20 g of fertilizer per 10 liters of liquid.
  • Cereal crops are sprayed with a solution prepared at a rate of 40 g of powder per bucket of water. This is done 2-3 times during the growing season.
  • To feed grapevines, dilute 30 g of fertilizer in 10 liters of settled water. Then, use 25-30 ml of the solution per 1 square meter of planting.

After treatment, the preparation is completely absorbed by the plants, leaving no crust or film on the foliage.

Important! Plantafol is used as a root dressing after severe frosts, sudden temperature changes, prolonged heat, and drought.
