Need to:
- 3 kilos of peeled zucchini;
- a kilogram of tomatoes and salad peppers;
- parsley;
- 7 large cloves of garlic;
- 12 different peppercorns;
- 80 grams of salt;
- a glass of vinegar;
- 2 times more sugar;
- 1.5 cups of oil.
Grind the tomatoes with herbs and garlic, add the seasonings, and bring to a boil. Add the pepper and diced zucchini. After an hour, seal the mixture.
Hunter's Salad
They use the most common ingredients and the preparation is not complicated.
Place a kilogram each of carrots, onions, 3 kilograms of tomatoes, a kilogram each of rotunda, cabbage, and cucumbers in a glass of heated oil. After 15 minutes, sprinkle with half a shot glass of salt, add 10 bay leaves, a glass of sugar, and 1.5 shot glasses of vinegar. After boiling, simmer for 5 minutes and seal.
Greek appetizer
The salad is prepared as a vegetable appetizer with rice, replacing the grain with 0.5 kilograms of cooked beans. Various vegetables, such as eggplant or cabbage, can also be used in the preparation.

Canned Zucchini "Finger-Lickin' Good"
You can cook zucchini very quickly without sterilizing it. Place a bay leaf and zucchini pieces in a jar. Add 50 grams of sugar and 0.5 cups of vinegar to a liter of water and bring to a boil. Fill the jars with the marinade and seal.
