- bulb;
- egg;

Steps:
- Beat an egg into the minced meat, add salt, sprinkle with pepper, and add the softened loaf.
- Fry the onion and carrot, chop in a blender and add to the minced meat.
- Mix the resulting mixture and form cutlets with wet hands.
- Roll in breadcrumbs, fry until golden.

Sushi salad
The snack has another name: “lazy sushi”.
Necessary:
- red fish (salted) - 340 g;
- boiled rice - 240 g;
- cucumber;
- boiled carrots;
- egg (boiled) - 4 pcs.;
- onion - bunch;
- wasabi - 25 g;
- mayonnaise.
Steps:
- Mix mayonnaise with wasabi.
- Cut the fish into pieces and the cucumber into cubes.
- Grate the carrots.
- Grate the eggs and mix with chopped onion.
- Layer the following ingredients, spreading them with mayonnaise: rice, cucumber, fish, eggs, and carrots. Repeat the layers. Decorate the top with fish pieces.

Necessary:
- avocado - a couple of pieces;
- salt;
- shrimp (boiled) - 230 g;
- mayonnaise;
- lemon juice;
- onion - 2-3 sprigs.
Steps:
- Cut the avocado and carefully scoop out the core with a spoon.
- Chop the avocado pulp and mix with chopped shrimp.
- Add chopped onion, sprinkle with lemon juice, season with mayonnaise.
- Stuff the avocado halves and garnish with spring onions.

Tomato in a Sheepskin Coat Appetizer
Cherries in a fur coat will perfectly decorate a festive table.
Necessary:
- tomatoes - 10 pcs.;
- cheese - 55 g;
- ham - 6-8 slices;
- eggs (boiled) - 2 pcs.;
- garlic clove;
- mayonnaise;
- green onion feathers.
Steps:
- Grate eggs, cheese, mix with mayonnaise and chopped garlic.
- Cut the ham into slices. Cut each slice in half.
- Fasten the halves with an onion leaf and put the cheese filling inside.

Penguins
A beautiful and cheerful appetizer made from olives.
Necessary:
- large and small olives - 10 each;
- boiled carrots;
- cream cheese.
Steps:
- Place cream cheese in a piping bag.
- Cut the carrots into rings, cutting out a small triangle in each ring for the beak. The remaining portion is the legs.
- Cut a large olive lengthwise and fill it with cheese so that the white belly is visible.
- Cut a hole in a small olive for the beak and insert a carrot triangle.
- Assemble a penguin on a toothpick.

Meat platter "Rooster's tail"
Original presentation of different types of sausages.
Necessary:
- sausage - 4-5 types;
- boiled egg;
- boiled carrots;
- olives.
Actions:
- Slice the sausages thinly.
- Make two combs and beaks from carrots. Divide the egg in half, make a slit at the top and insert the combs, with beaks on the side. Make eyes from cloves.
- Start arranging: place an egg on a plate, arrange the slices in the shape of a tail, decorating with olives.

Orange Slice Salad
The most beautiful presentation of the salad.
Necessary:
- boiled chicken fillet - 360 g;
- mayonnaise;
- cheese - 240 g;
- mushrooms (marinated) - 270 g;
- eggs - 5 pcs.;
- carrots (boiled);
- onion.
Actions:
- Chop the onion, sauté until golden, and mix with the grated carrots. Set some of the grated carrots aside for garnishing the "slices."
- Separate the eggs into yolks and whites and grate them separately. Grate the cheese. Cut the fillet into fine strips.
- Finely chop the mushrooms.
- Place the ingredients in layers, forming a slice and greasing the layers: onions with carrots, meat, cheese with yolks, mushrooms and whites.
- Do not grease the last layer, decorate with grated carrot slices.

New Year's "Christmas tree balls"
An original addition to Christmas tree decorations, only edible.
Necessary:
- boiled chicken fillet - 450 g;
- cheese - 240 g;
- walnuts - 170 g;
- salt;
- mayonnaise;
- parsley;
- olives;
- black pepper.
Steps:
- Grate the cheese, chop the fillet, add salt, season with pepper, add chopped herbs (leave the parsley stems for decoration), mayonnaise, mix.
- Grate the nuts, set aside a few nuts for rolling the balls, and pour the rest into the fillet.
- Roll into balls, roll in nuts, and place on a lettuce leaf. Place an olive half on top, then insert a parsley stem, bent in half, into the olive. This will form a ball.

Bread cake
Original salty cake.
Necessary:
- round bread;
- ham - 560 g;
- mushrooms (marinated or fried) - 450 g;
- large onion;
- cream cheese - 150 g;
- mayonnaise - 230 g;
- salt;
- sour cream - 230 g.
Actions:
- Cut the bread into 3 layers.
- For the cream: beat the sour cream, add cheese, mayonnaise, salt, continue beating until a creamy consistency is achieved.
- Assemble the cake: spread the cream on the bottom layer, then top with the mushrooms and ham. Repeat the filling for the next two layers.
- Cover the finished cake with cream, decorate with herbs, and sprinkle with ground black pepper.

Aspic Olivier salad with sprats
An unusual presentation of the usual Olivier salad.
Necessary:
- boiled potatoes - 230 g;
- boiled eggs - 5 pcs.;
- peas and corn - 120 g each;
- mayonnaise - 230 ml;
- black pepper;
- gelatin - 15 g;
- salt;
- sprats - 170 g;
- pickled cucumbers - 170 g.
Actions:
- Soak gelatin in water (25 ml).
- Dice the potatoes, eggs, cucumbers, and sprats, season with salt and pepper. Add the peas and corn. Stir.
- Heat the swollen gelatin until it dissolves, mix with warm mayonnaise.
- Next, do it very quickly: pour mayonnaise over the vegetables, mix, place in silicone molds and refrigerate for an hour.
- Place from the molds onto a plate and garnish with herbs.

Cheese and fruit appetizer for wine
Fruit salad is always a pleasant addition to a festive dinner and a glass of wine. Feel free to add other fruits if desired.
Necessary:
- banana;
- apple;
- hard cheese;
- condensed milk.
Steps:
- Cut all ingredients into cubes.
- Top with condensed milk (can be replaced with whipped cream). Arrange in bowls.
