Place shredded white cabbage in a 3-liter jar. Prepare a spice brine: boil for two minutes, then let cool. Add the marinade and let the cabbage sit for a day to infuse.
The daily intake of such a snack should not exceed 150 grams.
Recipe in a saucepan with large pieces
To prepare this appetizer in a saucepan, you will need the following ingredients:
- 800 grams of white cabbage;
- two carrots;
- garlic - one head;
- table vinegar - 1 spoon;
- salt - 1 spoon;
- granulated sugar - 2 spoons.
The cabbage should be cut into small wedges. Add the carrots and garlic, then pour the vegetables into the pan in separate layers.
