The fungicide manufacturer, Shchelkovo Agrokhim CJSC, produces it as a microemulsion with the active ingredients imazalil at a concentration of 100 g per liter and tebuconazole at a concentration of 60 g per liter. These substances belong to the chemical class of imidazoles and triazoles. Scarlet is a systemic pesticide, effective as a therapeutic and protective agent. It is available in professional 5-liter containers.
Mechanism of operation
Imazalil has both local and systemic action, protecting roots. It works by inhibiting the synthesis of ergosterol, which affects the permeability of fungal cells.
Tebuconazole protects the seedlings. The substance inhibits sterol synthesis in the pathogens' bodies, which leads to impaired cell permeability, the inability of the fungi to reproduce, and their death.
The action of Scarlet seed treatment begins 2-4 hours after spraying and drying. Its protective effect continues from germination to the boot stage. It is effective against internal and superficial infections and pathogens that affect plants during subsequent growth stages.
The Scarlet seed treatment contains bioactive substances that stimulate germination, thereby increasing the percentage of viable seeds. They enhance root growth and increase the length, number, and volume of seedling roots. The ingredients in Scarlet accelerate rooting, enhance cold and drought resistance, and increase yields.
Purpose
"Scarlet" seed treatment is used on spring and winter wheat, barley, and winter rye seeds, as well as oats, corn, sunflower, soybeans, rapeseed, and peas. Its spectrum of action covers pathogens that cause loose and hard smut, Fusarium and Helminthopora root rot, mold, powdery mildew, Rhizoctonia root rot, and Fusarium snow mold on wheat.
Barley is treated against stone smut, false smut, loose smut, mildew, helminthosporium and fusarium rot, and net spot. Rye is treated against stem smut, rot, helminthosporium and fusarium rot, powdery mildew, mildew, brown rust, and snow mold. Oats are treated against covered smut, helminthosporium and fusarium rot, mildew, and red-brown spot.

The seed dressing is classified as a Class 2 toxicity product for humans. When handling it, wear protective clothing, a respirator, goggles, and gloves. After finishing work, wash your face and hands, and rinse any areas where the Scarlet solution came into contact.
Is compatibility possible?
Scarlet seed treatment is highly effective as a standalone product, but it can also be used in tank mixes with growth stimulants and micronutrient fertilizers; its fungicidal effect is enhanced when combined with Imidor Pro.
How and how long can it be stored?
The seed treatment agent can be stored for three years from the production date; it must be stored in factory-made canisters. Storage conditions: temperature from -10°C to +30°C, in a dark, ventilated area. Do not store food, feed, medications, or household products near the seed treatment agent. Fertilizers and agrochemicals are permitted.
Do not use the seed dressing after the expiration date. Apply the solution to the seeds on the day of preparation. The Scarlet solution will only retain its effectiveness for 24 hours.
