Fresh, good-quality fruit is selected. They are sorted, and twigs and sepals are removed. Apples become the main ingredient. The jars are washed and pasteurized.
How to properly brew an apple drink
To make this treat, use a tall enamel saucepan without chips or dents. Use only bottled water.
Granulated sugar and fruit components are taken in equal parts.

Once the process is complete, the hot compote is poured into jars and covered with a blanket. This will intensify the flavor of the preserve.
From fresh
Fill a saucepan halfway with apple slices and add cold water. Once boiling, add sugar and lemon wedges, and continue cooking for 5-7 minutes.
From dried

From frozen
Combine boiling water with sugar, frozen apples, lemon juice, and continue cooking for 10 minutes.

Fill a three-liter container halfway with fruit and add hot water with sugar dissolved in it (400 grams of crystals per 1 liter).

Option for cooking with whole apples
Making a fragrant drink from whole apples is simple. And the whole process takes little time. Small apples are placed in a bowl and covered with boiling sugar syrup.
Recipe with spices
Place a few cloves and crushed cinnamon, the main ingredient, at the bottom of the jar. Pour in the hot sugar syrup.

With orange zest
Bring sweet water to a boil, add apple pieces, orange zest, lingonberries, and cook for 15 minutes.
With cherry plum
