Disulam is a systemic post-emergence herbicide used to control various types of weeds. It controls both annual and perennial plants. The active ingredient in "Disulam" disrupts protein synthesis and fermentation at the cellular level. This causes subsequent disruption of metabolic processes. The compound is absorbed by weeds through their above-ground fragments and rapidly spreads throughout the plant structure.
Weed roots and shoots become cracked. The supply of potassium, phosphorus, and nitrogen is also significantly reduced. As a result, plant roots stop developing completely.

- Pronounced herbicidal action. This is due to the combined synergistic activity of the two active ingredients present in the formulation.
- Destroys a wide range of broadleaf weeds. This composition is effective against the most persistent and difficult-to-eradicate weeds, such as scentless chamomile, field thistle, and yellow sow thistle.
- High systemic activity. This allows the composition to spread throughout the weeds within 1 hour, inhibiting growth processes.
- Resistant to precipitation. Even after 1 hour of rain, the effectiveness of the product is not affected.
- Wide application window. The product can be used from the three-leaf stage until the second internode appears.
- A short half-life of 14-20 days ensures that the compound degrades quickly in the soil and poses no risk to subsequent plants.
- Compatibility in tank mixes with other products. This formulation can be combined with fungicides, insecticides, and graminicides. It can also be combined with nitrogen fertilizers and growth regulators.
However, the disadvantages include the relatively high cost and the need to strictly follow the instructions.
Calculation of consumption
Disulam is used as a working solution. According to the instructions, 0.4-0.6 liters of concentrate is required to treat 1 hectare of fields. The working solution requirement is 200-300 liters per hectare.

How to prepare a working mixture

- Fill the sprayer tank one-third full with water.
- Start blending mode.
- Add the herbicide. It's best to make a stock solution first so the product mixes evenly with water.
- With mixing on, fill the tank to 3/4 of the required volume.
- Add adhesive and add water to obtain the required amount.
Instructions for use
Fields should be sprayed in dry weather. This should be done at temperatures between 8 and 22 degrees Celsius. Avoid using the product if frost is forecast.
Experts note that using the substance during the active growth stage of weeds helps achieve maximum results.
Safety precautions
When using the substance, you must adhere to the following rules:
- Despite the low toxicity of the product, use protective skin care products.
- If the preparation comes into contact with the body, wash the affected area with plenty of water and soap.
- The substance must not be used near water bodies.
- It is prohibited to keep the composition near food products.
- While spraying crops, do not eat, drink, or smoke. After finishing work, remove protective equipment and wash your hands and face.

If the application rate is observed, the substance does not have a toxic effect on cultivated plants.

The product can be combined in tank mixes with insecticides and mineral fertilizers. However, their compatibility should be checked before use.

The product should be stored in a dry, dark place, out of reach of children and animals. In its original, sealed packaging, it can be stored for up to 3 years.
