Preparing the ingredients for New Year's cookies is the same as on any other day. The basic ingredients are always on hand in every homemaker's kitchen:

- oil;
- milk;
- sour cream.
Nuts, dried fruits, fresh fruits, chocolate, and other ingredients can be found at the store. Gingerbread requires spices.

How to make cookies for the New Year 2020?
With so many recipes to choose from, every homemaker will find one they love. These cookies are very easy to make. If you follow the recipe, they'll be fragrant and delicious.
Sugar cookies with sour cream
Considered one of the simplest recipes. Ingredients for the recipe:
- sour cream - 245 g;
- butter - 155 g;
- wheat flour - 510 g;
- granulated sugar - 160 g;
- vanilla - 2 tsp;
- baking powder - 1 tbsp.
Cooking steps:
- The oil should stand at room temperature for 3 hours before cooking.

Once all the cookie pieces are ready, it's time to assemble them. To do this, remove one portion of the dough from the refrigerator and roll it out thinly. Cut out circles from the dough and place them on a baking sheet. The lined baking sheet is then placed in the refrigerator.
The same process is done with the remaining dough pieces. The center of the circle is filled with apple filling, and caramel is spread on top. The cookie is covered with the same circle of dough. The remaining cookies are assembled in the same way.
