- add oranges to the puree, sprinkle everything with sugar;
- cook for another 15 minutes, reduce heat, simmer for 10 minutes.

With lingonberries
Peel the pears and apples, cut them into cubes or slices, then sprinkle them with sugar. Let them sit for a while, no longer than an hour. After the specified time, place them back on the heat and simmer for 20 minutes, until the juice turns into sugar syrup.
Add the pre-washed lingonberries, mix everything, and cook for another 15 minutes from the moment it boils.
An unusual recipe of pears and apples with lemon and poppy seeds
