Large varieties, such as the Heart's Kiss tomato, have their own advantages. That's why they're always in demand among Russian gardeners. They're prized for their unusual shape and size, often found in oval, flattened circle, and even heart-shaped forms. Large-fruited tomatoes are a key ingredient in some salads. They're also excellent for canning, especially juice and sauce.

Large-fruited varieties are often quite demanding. But there are also some that are completely low-maintenance and rarely suffer from diseases. A prime example is "Serdechny Kiss."
