White Tomato Sakhar is a rare and exotic variety. This nightshade species is ideal for growing in greenhouses and hotbeds. It has a unique flavor, color, and beneficial properties. The White Sakhar tomato variety is suitable for people prone to allergies and small children.
Experts highlight an important feature of this variety: it's hypoallergenic and contains a high amount of dry matter. The fruits can be juiced and are delicious in salads.
To grow the White Sugar tomato variety, you need to familiarize yourself with its care requirements. A detailed description and characteristics of the variety are included on the seed package.

Properties of tomatoes
The Sugar White tomato is an indeterminate variety. It can reach an average height of 1.6–1.7 m. The bush is quite robust and has a strong root system. A mature plant requires additional support, staking, and pinching. Experts recommend shaping the plant into two stems.
The Sugar White tomato has spreading branches that are densely covered with foliage. The leaves are regular in shape and dark green, but larger than those of regular tomatoes. The Sugar White tomato is a late-ripening variety. It takes 118-120 days from the first shoots to ripening, and it is characterized by high yields. A single bush can yield approximately 5-6 kg per season.
The fruits are round, slightly flattened, and have a firm skin. Thanks to their dense flesh, the tomatoes withstand long-distance transportation well and can be stored for a long time in a cool, well-ventilated area.

Their main characteristic is their creamy white color when ripe. Sometimes, snow-white, beige, or yellow tomatoes are also found. The average weight of a ripe fruit reaches 150-200 g.
To grow a strong plant, you need strong seedlings. When purchasing seeds of this variety, carefully read the variety description and the manufacturer's recommended planting times.
Growing seedlings
It's recommended to plant seedlings in late February or early March. The soil should be loose and airy. To achieve this, mix equal parts of turf, coarse river sand, and peat. Pour the mixture into a special container or seedling box and moisten.
Before planting, seeds can be soaked in a weak solution of potassium permanganate. This will increase the plant's resistance to fungi and various types of bacteria. Soak the seeds in the solution for no more than 30 minutes, after which they should be thoroughly dried. To stimulate vigorous growth, you can use a special stimulator.

Plant the seeds at a depth of 1.5–2 cm and cover with loose soil. After planting, do not compact the soil too much. Watering is best done using a sieve or spray bottle to prevent the seeds from being washed out of the soil. Use settled, warm water.
The seedling box should be covered with thick plastic and placed in a warm place. To allow moisture to evaporate from the container, the greenhouse should be ventilated daily.

As soon as two strong leaves appear on the young shoots, you can begin transplanting. Many gardeners use peat pots to prevent damage to the root system during planting.
The planting material is planted according to a 50x40 pattern, where no more than 3-4 plants fit per 1 m².

Before planting, enrich the soil with nitrogen, potassium, and phosphorus. Humus can be used to fertilize the soil. The soil should be loose and sufficiently moist.
After planting, the beds are watered and mulched. Further care continues as usual:
- The greenhouse must be ventilated daily. It's important to prevent moisture stagnation and dampness from forming in the greenhouse.
- Water tomatoes in the morning or in the evening.
- To prevent pests or fungi from appearing on tomatoes, the plant must be treated with special solutions.
The White Sugar variety receives excellent reviews. This low-maintenance tomato is easy to grow.
