The use of agrochemicals helps combat various types of microorganisms, preserving crops from destruction. The new-generation product "Acrobat" belongs to a group of locally systemic pesticides used for the prevention and treatment of diseases. Studying the instructions for use of the fungicide "Acrobat" will help you apply the product correctly and prepare the working suspension.
Composition and existing forms of release
The product is sold as water-soluble granules, packaged in 1- and 10-kilogram bags. It contains two main components:
- mancozeb in the amount of 600 grams per 1 kilogram of powder;
- dimethomorph - 90 grams per 1 kilogram of the drug.
When interacting with a pathogen, Mancozeb inhibits it, suppresses its growth, and destroys it. The substance then protects the crop from invasion.
How does it work?
Mancozeb directly attacks fungi, killing them. After treatment, the solution forms a film on the leaf surface, simultaneously cleaning them. This film prevents pathogens from penetrating. Dimethomorph inhibits fungal mycelia in a short period of time, reduces the number of spores produced, and also blocks oospores that overwinter in the soil.
Advantages and disadvantages

There are no significant disadvantages of the chemical product "Acrobat".
How to prepare a working solution and how to use it?
Spraying should be carried out in calm, precipitation-free weather. The recommended application rate is 20 grams per 5 liters of water to treat an area of 100 square meters. Apply the fungicide strictly according to the instructions.
For potatoes
Preventative treatment is carried out in early summer to prevent the development of late blight. This disease spreads very quickly, so timely action is necessary. Dilute 20 grams of the preparation in 5 liters of water and apply it immediately after the foliage closes, before flowering. Repeat treatment is carried out after flowering.

To combat Alternaria blight, three treatments are required. The first treatment is carried out during the active growing season or when fungal infections are detected. A second treatment is carried out three weeks later. The third treatment is carried out 30 days before harvest.
For tomatoes
Tomatoes are also treated three times. Dilute 20 grams of the preparation in 5 liters of water to treat 100 square meters of land. Agronomists recommend preventative treatment even if there are no signs of fungal infestation.
The initial treatment is carried out 20 days after planting the seedlings in the ground. Tomatoes are sprayed every 3 weeks.
Cucumbers
The main enemy of the crop is downy mildew, which causes leaves to dry out and fall off. Prepare a working solution at a rate of 7 liters per 20 grams of solution. This amount is sufficient to treat an area of 100 square meters. Spraying can be carried out up to five times per season.

Grape processing
The main problem for this crop is mildew. To prevent and protect the plant, prepare a working solution at a rate of 20 grams of agrochemical per 10 liters of water per 100 square meters of area. The treatment is carried out three times per season, with a 20-day interval.
Toxicity level. Safety precautions
The product "Acrobat" is classified as hazard class 2 for humans and hazard class 3 for bees. Personal protective equipment must be worn when handling the substance. After handling, avoid handling plants for two weeks. The chemical is used when bees' access is restricted.
Possible compatibility
To determine the compatibility of a fungicide with other chemicals, dilute a small amount of the substances and test the reaction. If a precipitate appears, do not use the two products together.

Storage rules and shelf life
Store the fungicide at temperatures up to +20°C (68°F) in the absence of oxygen. Store in a clean, dry place away from animals, children, food, and medications. The shelf life of the product is two years from the date of manufacture.
Analogues
Instead of the fungicide "Acrobat", you can use similar products that work in a similar way:
- Ridomil Gold;
- "Convertible TOP";
- "Oxychom".
These substances are used for the prevention and treatment of diseases. The active components are effective against pathogens belonging to the oomycete group.
The local-systemic fungicide "Acrobat" is used for prevention at the beginning of the growing season and also when fungal infections are detected. It effectively protects crops throughout the entire growing season.
