Granuflo fungicide is a basic contact fungicide with protective properties. Its key advantage is its non-specific action. Thanks to its multi-site activity, the product effectively controls numerous enzymes of pathogenic fungi. This is accompanied by the suppression of spore germination and mycelial development. To achieve the desired results, Granuflo fungicide instructions for use must be strictly followed.
What is included in the composition and existing forms of release
The drug is produced as water-dispersible granules. They must be mixed with water to prepare the working solution. The active ingredient is thiram. One liter contains 800 grams of the active ingredient.
Mechanism of action and purpose
The active ingredient in Granuflo belongs to the chemical class of dithiocarbamates. When it enters pathogen cells, thiram inhibits the activity of enzymes that contain copper atoms and sulfhydryl groups.
The substance can persist on plants for 1-1.5 months after treatment. It actively suppresses the growth of pathogens belonging to the class of oomycetes. The product also partially combats basidiomycetes, which cause damage to the above-ground soil and seed material of crops.
Thiram has exclusively contact properties. However, it does not help combat pathogens that develop in crop tissue. Furthermore, the substance has virtually no effect on phytopathogenic bacteria. Therefore, it should be combined with other products—fungicides and bactericides.

The contact fungicide "Granuflo" has many advantages:
- The product can be used on a wide range of crops. It is used on pome and stone fruits.
- Reliable control of the main fruit plant diseases. This product eliminates scab, moniliosis, powdery mildew, and Alternaria on pome crops. It also helps combat leaf curl, moniliosis, and clusterosporium on stone fruits. Furthermore, the substance effectively eliminates all types of storage rot.
- Easy to dose.
- No problems with packaging disposal.
- Improved toxicological properties. Thiram does not have the metabolite ethylenethiourea, which is the most dangerous when used with drugs in the dithiocarbamate category.
- Suitable for use in integrated fruit plant protection systems. The substance does not affect beneficial entomofauna and poses no risk to pollinators.
- Lack of resistance. This is due to the multisite mechanism of action.
- No toxic effect on crops.

Calculation of consumption and rules of use
Granuflo is a contact fungicide. Therefore, treatment should begin early, before disease symptoms appear. It is recommended to continue treatment for 1-2 weeks, depending on the weather.
The product is effective against scab and moniliosis. It also helps control powdery mildew. Its effectiveness against this infection is 50-55%.

The dosage and features of use of the substance are indicated in the table:
| Dosage and administration of the product | Culture | Pathologies | Processing Features | Waiting period (number of treatments) |
| 2-3 | Apple | Moniliosis, scab | Spraying should be done during the growing season. The first application should be done at the green cone stage. Subsequent treatments should be carried out at intervals of 1-2 weeks. The final application should be carried out 35 days before harvest. The recommended application rate is 1,000 liters of working solution per hectare. | 35 (4) |
| 2-3 | Plum, cherry, peach | Leaf curl, clasterosporium, moniliosis | Trees should be sprayed during the growing season. The first time, before flowering, then at intervals of 1-2 weeks. Use 1,000 liters of the working solution per hectare. | 40 (3) |
It is recommended to prepare the working solution immediately before use. Its shelf life should not exceed 24 hours.

Safety precautions
When using the working solution, personal protective equipment must be worn. It is important to protect your skin, eyes, and respiratory system from particles of the substance. For this purpose, wear a mask, goggles, and gloves.
Is compatibility possible?
The product can be combined with other substances, including mineral oils. However, Granuflo should not be used with copper compounds. Despite the high effectiveness of the mixture, it can leave black spots on plants.
When preparing tank mixes with other chemicals, it's important to assess their chemical and physical compatibility. To do this, mix them in a small container.

How and how long can it be stored?
The product has a shelf life of two years from the date of manufacture. After this period, it loses its potency. It is recommended to store the product in a dry, dark place. Temperatures should range from -25 to +35 degrees Celsius. It is important to keep the product out of the reach of children and pets. It should also be kept away from food and household chemicals.
Analogues
If necessary, the drug can be replaced with other medications. The most effective alternatives include:
