Instructions for use and composition of the fungicide Malvin, dosage and analogues

Even with strict adherence to agricultural recommendations, fruit trees periodically encounter fungal infections. These diseases can be controlled with fungicides. Many effective products are available commercially, each with its own advantages and disadvantages. One of the most effective products for treating fruit trees is the fungicide "Malvin," which kills various types of pathogens.

What is included in the composition and dosage form

The active ingredient in this medication is captan. One kilogram of the product contains 800 grams of the active ingredient. The product is available as water-soluble granules. Each package contains 10 kilograms of the active ingredient.

Mechanism of operation and purpose

Captan, a component of this fungicide, has a direct and comprehensive effect on various types of fungi. This substance helps suppress the metabolism of pathogenic microorganisms, preventing the development of resistance to the product.

Unlike other fungicides, Malvin remains effective regardless of the weather. It is resistant to temperature fluctuations and does not lose its effectiveness in rain. It can be used at various stages of plant growth.

To prevent infection, the product should be applied to fruit trees in early spring. This is recommended before the first buds appear. The product provides reliable protection for two weeks from the moment of application.

fungicide Malvin

"Malvin" is approved for use in the treatment and prevention of the following pathologies:

  • scab and moniliosis on apple trees;
  • mildew on grapes;
  • leaf curl, moniliosis and clusterosporium on peach;
  • moniliosis and clasterosporiosis on apricot.

The substance is safe. It is harmless to humans and has no negative impact on beneficial insects.

The main advantages of the product include the following:

  • multi-vector mechanism of action on pathogen metabolism – this helps prevent the development of resistance;
  • combination of therapeutic and prophylactic effects;
  • excellent adhesion and resistance to washing off from the surface of plants by precipitation - this is due to the high-quality formulation of the product;
  • high speed of action – the drug produces an effect within 1-5 hours;
  • long period of protection – lasts 1-2 weeks;
  • absence of phytotoxicity - however, it is important to adhere to all the rules for using the substance.
