Variable weather conditions and the abundance of parasitic fungal strains pose several challenges for farmers. Modern solutions can address several issues simultaneously. The complex fungicide "Piktor" provides protection for sunflower and rapeseed crops throughout the season, stimulating plant growth, increasing their resilience, and yield after a single treatment.
Purpose, composition and existing forms of release
The product is active against various types of fungi that attack plants. The fungicide's primary antifungal action is associated with its immunotropic effect and stimulating influence on assimilation and photosynthesis processes.
The fungicide "Piktor" is intended for the treatment and prevention of the following types of mycoses:
- Alternaria;
- rot;
- powdery mildew;
- rust;
- phomosis;
- scleretinases.
The product's multifaceted action is due to its unique composition, which includes fungicides from different classes of chemical compounds: boscalid and dimoxystrobin. Each liter of the mixture contains equal amounts of each substance, 200 grams each.
How does the product work?
The fungicide acts systemically on pathogen cells, blocking the fungal growth and reproduction cycles. Thanks to the symbiosis of the active ingredients in Pictor, the antifungal effect is combined with long-lasting protective properties.

Boscalid is a member of the carboxamide class, capable of penetrating plant tissue and distributing along vascular pathways while maintaining therapeutic concentrations on the surface of aerial parts. The fungicide blocks the enzyme succinate dehydrogenase, disrupting the respiratory function of fungal agents and inhibiting energy metabolism. As a result, spores lose their ability to germinate.
Dimoxystrobin is a strobilurin compound with prolonged systemic action, used to combat fungal infections of sunflower and rapeseed.
"Piktor" has a pronounced fungicidal effect, providing long-term protection of crops from infection, and also has an AgCelence effect, stimulating the physiological processes of plants.
Advantages of the drug
"Piktor" is endowed with a set of clear advantages, thanks to which it has gained popularity and trust among users.

After treatment, plants receive protection from fungal diseases that lasts throughout the season, grow faster, and bear fruit more actively.
Calculation of consumption
For sunflower seedlings, spring rapeseed, and winter rapeseed, a uniform application rate is prescribed: 0.5 liters per hectare of crop. Application is carried out by spraying the above-ground parts.
Preparation of working solution
Before use, Pictor suspension must be diluted in water. The aqueous dilution is prepared according to the fungicide application rates. To treat 1 hectare of crops, 300-400 liters of working solution containing 0.5 liters of concentrate is required. Pour one-third of the total volume of water into a container, dissolve and stir the suspension, then add the remaining water. The dilution is used freshly prepared.

Instructions for use
Plants are treated by spraying during the growing season. To prevent infestation, it's best to spray well before flowering. Treatment can be done at the beginning or mid-flowering stage. Please note that the waiting period is 60 days for sunflowers and 30 days for rapeseed.
Security measures
When handling the product, personal safety precautions and environmental protection measures must be observed. It is recommended to apply the product in the evening when there is no strong wind. Limit bee flight and prevent the product from entering water bodies and adjacent areas.
