The fungicide "Strobi" can be used effectively to eliminate crop pathogens. This broad-spectrum product is suitable for treating vegetables, flowers, and fruit trees. It's important to use the chemical correctly to avoid harming the plant and quickly eliminate any damage. Using this versatile chemical will significantly increase your yield.
Composition, features, release forms
The active ingredient in this product is kresoxim-methyl. It belongs to the strobilurin class and is a synthetic pesticide. It is highly effective against various types of fungi and plant pathogens. The concentration of kresoxim-methyl in the product is 50%.
Release form
The chemical is produced as low-odor granules that dissolve easily in water. It is sold in economical 200g plastic containers, suitable for large agricultural companies. Small farms, summer cottages, and private gardens can benefit from 100g bags. Houseplant enthusiasts can purchase 2g packages.
Purpose
The antifungal agent can be used on all types of vegetables, flowers, fruits, and ornamental plants. The chemical is used for both control and prevention of diseases. The fungicide is effective against the following diseases:
- powdery mildew;
- late blight;
- sooty mold;
- scab;
- spotting;
- fusarium.

The drug serves to prevent bacterial infection, does not allow the development of any known microorganisms, and prevents recurrence of the invasion.
Mechanism of action
The pesticide disrupts cellular respiration, stopping spore growth and fungal division. It creates unfavorable conditions that prevent disease development. When the fungicide comes into contact with any part of the plant, it is quickly absorbed and spreads through the blood vessels, reaching the source of infection. When applied to leaves, the active ingredient creates a film on the foliage that protects against precipitation and during watering. Its effectiveness is not reduced at low temperatures.
The local-systemic fungicide begins to work two hours after spraying. The product accumulates in plant tissue for two days. The crop is protected from secondary infestation for two weeks. After two weeks, the toxins are released from the treated plant parts and decomposed into harmless components.

"Strobi" differs from other fungicides in that it has a long-lasting residual effect, which helps suppress spore growth.
Advantages and disadvantages
The fungicide "Strobi" has many advantages.
The only drawback of the drug is its high cost – from 100 rubles for 2 g.
