Farmers face various challenges when cultivating their land and growing crops. Weeds proliferate, and control is inevitable. Using agricultural tools doesn't produce the desired results, forcing them to resort to chemicals. The herbicide "Remus" solves this problem. When used correctly, it is safe for animals, bees, and plants.
Composition and existing forms of release
This medication contains rimsulfuron. The active ingredient is 250 g/kg. It is readily soluble in water. It is sold as granules packaged in jars, boxes, bottles, or plastic containers. The minimum container volume is 250 g.
Advantages and disadvantages
The herbicide is popular with farmers due to its effective weed control, which also slows the growth of harmful grasses.
What is it intended for and how does it work?
The complex herbicide "Remus" destroys broadleaf and grass weeds in areas where potatoes and corn are planted. The product penetrates the leaves and shoots of weeds, reducing growth.

Calculation of consumption for different plants
Consumption rates for each crop are calculated individually.
| Culture | Weeds | Consumption rate, g/ha | Solution consumption, l/ha | Process | Frequency |
| Corn | Dicotyledons, annual cereals | 40 | 200-300 | 1. Early stage of weeds. 2. The presence of at least 6 leaves on the crop. |

| Perennial weeds | 50 | 200-300 | 1. Weed growth is not less than 15 cm.
2. The presence of at least 6 leaves on the crop. |

| Biennial cereals | 50 | 200-300 | Two-time procedure with an interval of 10-30 days. | 2 | |
| Potato | Couch grass | 50 | 200-300 | 1. After one hilling.
2. The height of the weed is 10-15 cm. 3. The presence of at least 4 leaves on the crop. |

| All other types of weeds | 50 | 200-300 | 1. Immediately after hilling,
2. Repeat after 10-20 days. |

Preparation of working solution
The stock solution is prepared immediately before spraying. A separate area is suitable for this purpose. Fill the plastic container less than halfway with water, then mix it with the chemical. After the granules have dissolved, add water to reach the desired volume. Dispose of any unused solution. Do not store the solution. Rinse the container thoroughly.

Instructions for use
The product enhances the negative impact of the chemical on weeds. Recommended:
- The solution rate in dry weather is 300 l/ha.
- The ambient temperature during processing does not exceed 25 degrees.
- Do not carry out treatment in rainy weather.
- Spray large weeds with an increased dose of solution.
- The plants being treated should not be taller than 15 cm.
- Repeated treatment is possible if weeds grow unevenly.

Safety precautions at work
Herbicide is a hazardous chemical that can cause poisoning in humans. When using the product, take the following precautions:
- A respirator and protective suit are required.
- Compliance with the timing of alternation of herbicides with other chemicals.
- The plant being treated has no more than 6 leaves.
- Diluting the solution strictly according to the instructions.
- Proper storage and transportation of the drug.
- Sweet and seed corn cannot be treated with herbicide.
Possible compatibility
The herbicide "Rimus" is not compatible with insecticides containing phosphorus. Ten days must pass after insecticide treatment. The herbicide's effectiveness allows it to be used alone. Combined field treatment involves using the product with "Dicamba" and "Clopiralid." Mixing the chemicals in the same container is permitted.

How and how long can it be stored?
The product should be stored in a dark, dry, regularly ventilated area. The substance is toxic and should be kept out of the reach of children, animals, and birds. Do not store the herbicide with medications or in close proximity to food or cosmetics.
The shelf life of the drug from the date of manufacture is 2 years. The working solution is used immediately.
