It's quite difficult to find a simple way to preserve cucumbers for the winter online. That's why we suggest taking a closer look at the recipe for spicy "Kremlin" cucumbers. Even young housewives actively use this method of preserving cucumbers, as it requires little effort. It's a delight to treat guests with this preserve or simply serve it as a tasty addition to dinner or lunch.
How to prepare Kremlin-style cucumbers for the winter
This canning method is simple and easy to understand. They are cooked in their own juices. They are perfect as an appetizer or a salad for a main course. Unlike other recipes, there is no need to prepare a hot marinade or sterilize the jars afterward.
So, to ensure that cucumbers turn out crispy and tasty, it is recommended to familiarize yourself with the nuances:
- To quickly mix ingredients, you need a large container, preferably made of aluminum or enamel.
- During the pre-marinating period, the ingredients need to be stirred, but carefully, so as not to damage the integrity of the vegetable;
- It's recommended to slice cucumbers into at least 5 millimeters thick slices. The thicker the slices, the tastier the preserves will be;

- Garlic is used to impart a bright, pungent flavor and a pleasant aroma. For preparation, it must be diced;
- Spices will help improve the taste of the dish: black peppercorns, pieces of paprika;
- Horseradish leaf prevents the development of pathogenic microflora and gives the brine a transparent appearance.
