This type of canning does not require a lot of time, so it is considered one of the easiest ways to prepare preserves.
Ingredients:
- 2 kilos of asparagus beans;
- 3 kilos of tomatoes;
- 3 dinner spoons of salt;
- 8 dinner spoons of 9% vinegar;
- 5 dinner spoons of granulated sugar;
- 5 dinner spoons of butter.

Step-by-step preparation:
- The prepared pods are cut into halves.
- Tomatoes are washed and chopped in a meat grinder.
- The resulting mass should be poured into a saucepan and brought to a boil.
- Salt and sugar are added to the sauce, everything is mixed, and seasoned with vinegar and oil.
- As soon as the sauce boils for the second time, add the pods, mix everything together and cook for a third of an hour.
- The pods are placed in sterilized jars and sealed.
The candies should be cooled upside down, wrapped in a warm cloth.

Green beans in tomato sauce

- 1 kilo of green beans;
- 0.75 kilos of tomatoes;
- 20 grams of salt;
- 20 grams of sugar.
How to cook:
- The beans undergo a preparatory stage: they are cut into 3 parts, placed in salted water and boiled for 5 minutes.
- The vegetable is thrown into a colander and cooled under running cold water.

- White cabbage is shredded and doused with freshly boiled water.
- The cauliflower is divided into small florets and blanched for a couple of minutes.

- The mass is distributed into sterilized containers, covered with a lid and sent for repeated heat treatment.

The container is sealed and cooled at room temperature.
With vegetables
A delicious salad made with green beans and vegetables. To reduce the cooking time of each ingredient, use vinegar. Ingredients:
- 4 kilos of pods;
- 1 kilo of bell pepper;
- 1 kilo of tomatoes;
- 0.5 liters of oil;
- 3 dinner spoons of salt;
- 1 dessert spoon of ground black pepper;
- 2 tablespoons of 70% vinegar.
Preparation:
- Vegetables are washed, peeled and cut.
- Everything is mixed in a saucepan, salted, peppered, and drizzled with oil.
- The mixture is brought to a boil and simmered for 40 minutes.
- 5 minutes before the end of cooking, add vinegar, mix everything, and distribute into a sterile container.

Green beans in tomato sauce
You can use ready-made tomato sauce to prepare this appetizer. This recipe requires the following ingredients:
- 4 kilos of green beans;
- 2 kilos of carrots;
- 2 kilos of onions;
- 1 liter of tomato sauce;
- 2 bunches of parsley;
- 2 glasses of water.
How to cook:
- The pods are placed in a saucepan, covered with water and cooked for 5 minutes.
- The onion is peeled and cut into half rings.
- The carrots are grated.
- Add carrots, parsley and onions to the beans, mix everything and bring to a boil.
- When the vegetables are soft, tomato sauce is added to them.
