Who should not eat it?
Unfortunately, beans, like many other foods, are not suitable for everyone. There are a number of health conditions that preclude the consumption of this food.
Contraindications for use:
- It is not recommended for elderly people. This is because beans are considered a food category that is difficult for the stomach. For the same reason, people with pancreatic disorders should avoid beans.
- People suffering from pancreatitis or hepatitis should exclude this crop from their diet. The same applies to people with gout.
