Jam from medicinal fruits can be made without heat sterilization. This preserves all the healing properties of the fresh fruit. You'll need the following ingredients:
- chokeberry fruits - 1 kg;
- granulated sugar - 1 kg;
- citric acid - to taste (about 2-3 g).

Preparation
Wash the berries thoroughly, sort them, and let them dry. Then, puree them using a meat grinder or blender. Add granulated sugar to the resulting puree and mix thoroughly. Then add citric acid, mix again, and arrange in jars, covering with nylon lids.

This jam recipe makes very quickly, and the flavor can be varied by adding various additives. You'll need the following ingredients:

- water - 0.5 cups for cooking.

Preparation
Grind the prepared berries using a meat grinder or blender. Pour the resulting puree into a bowl, add sugar and water, and cover with a lid. Cook for 1 hour on the "Porridge" setting, then roll up the treat.

- ripe chokeberries - 1.5 kg;
- granulated sugar - 700 g;
- medium lemon - 1 pc.;
- water - 1 tbsp.

Place the sorted and washed lemons in a suitable container, cover with water, and place on the stove. Once the contents boil, reduce the heat to low and simmer for half an hour. Then add the sugar and reduce the heat to low. Grind the lemon whole in a meat grinder and add it to the jam. Cook everything together for another half hour, then cool, and bring to a boil again. - ripe apples of any variety - 1 kg;
- sugar - 1 kg;

- black currants - 1 kg;

Blanch the fruit and make a syrup with water and sugar. Add the currants and chokeberries and bring to a boil. Turn off the heat and let steep for 10 hours. Then return to the heat and cook for 50 minutes. The healthy treat is ready.
