In this case, you should follow the following tips:

  1. Until the first greenery appears, maintain the temperature in the box under the film at +23..+25 °C.
  2. After the sprouts appear, reduce the temperature to +20..+22 °C.
  3. Daytime temperatures should be 5 degrees higher than nighttime temperatures.
  4. 14-15 days before planting in the main location, begin to “harden off” the seedlings, increasing the time the boxes with seedlings are kept outdoors in the evening hours and in non-sunny weather.
  5. The seedlings should be replanted in light soil with dissolved ash added (0.5 liters of solution per bucket of soil). The plants should now be 25-30 cm tall.
  6. It's recommended to make the beds "warm" (lay cardboard on the bottom, sprinkle 10 cm of sawdust, then add 30 cm of hay or grass, compacting well). The top layer of the bed should consist of 20-30 cm of sifted humus or compost.
  7. Watering young sprouts should be done only after the top layer of soil has dried out.
  8. Use humus for fertilizing, but be careful not to let this fertilizer get on the plant's roots, as it can cause burns and prevent the bush from growing further.
