Experienced gardeners often try to choose varieties with high yields but minimal care requirements. The Lojane f1 tomato is one such variety: it's easy to care for and capable of delivering a consistently high yield every year, regardless of the summer weather.
Lojane has been popular for a long time now. Demand for this variety grows year after year.
Characteristics of the variety
The main characteristic that makes this tomato so popular is its tolerance to various temperatures. It's often difficult to find a suitable variety for growing in cold winter conditions. Growing tomatoes in arid climates is also very challenging. The Lojane variety is an excellent choice for those living in drought-prone areas.

These tomatoes can tolerate both cold and extreme heat. Lojane f1 is a tomato that is ideal for growing in hot regions.
Work on developing this variety began in the first half of the last century. Over this time, the tomato's characteristics have steadily improved. These Dutch seeds only recently entered the Russian market, but have immediately become a favorite among many gardeners and farmers.
Description of Lojane tomatoes
Lojane tomatoes grow to a medium size, with smooth, even skin and a rich red color. Their firm flesh makes them easy to transport. A vine typically bears several identical, uniform fruits, each weighing at least 150 g. Another distinguishing feature of this variety is their long shelf life after harvest. Lojane tomatoes are suitable for both garden and commercial cultivation.

The variety description suggests that the bushes grow very strong and vigorous. And this is indeed true. Tomatoes have a well-developed root system, so the plant tolerates heat quite well. It's worth noting that the strong branches easily support clusters of large fruits. They don't break, so the tomatoes don't lie on the ground and rot. This has a positive effect on the yield. The bushes require staking.
Lojane is an early-ripening variety. It takes just 60 days from planting the seedlings to getting ripe tomatoes. A single robust plant can produce around 9 kg of tomatoes per season.

The excellent flavor of Lojane tomatoes makes them ideal for salads and canning. The firm skin prevents them from bursting in the jar, resulting in beautiful preserves.
Lojane is a shining example of how easy-to-grow, tasty, and productive tomatoes can be. Dutch breeders have created a truly versatile variety suitable for growing in any conditions. The yield is particularly good when planted in open beds.

How to grow Lojane f1?
These tomatoes are suitable for planting with or without seedlings. The variety's undemanding nature allows for good results in any conditions. If you choose the latter method, be aware that the seeds need to be planted at least 30 cm apart. A staggered pattern is recommended.
The seedling method is considered more convenient. Once the seedlings are ready for transplanting, they should be planted at a distance of 4 per square meter. This procedure is carried out only when the weather becomes consistently warm. The air temperature should be at least 15°C. In warmer regions, planting is carried out in April.

Care for this tomato variety is minimal. Timely watering and loosening of the soil are sufficient, which is essential because the bushes have a strong root system and require a lot of oxygen. Don't forget about fertilizing and spraying the tomatoes preventively against diseases and pests.
