The Tmae 683 F1 tomato is an early-ripening hybrid. This variety is characterized by its undemanding weather conditions. The country of tomato breeding is Japan. These new varieties of Japanese agricultural science have recently appeared on the Russian market. They allow for stable yields with minimal plant care. These tomatoes have good flavor and excellent presentation. The hybrid can be stored for a long time in a cold room, with a maximum shelf life of up to 60 days. Due to the dense flesh of the tomato, it can be transported over long distances.

The characteristics and description of Tmae 683 F1 are as follows:
- You can get full-fledged tomatoes 90-95 days after sowing the seeds.
- The hybrid bush reaches 0.6-1.1 m in height. The plant's stem is quite robust, with a moderate number of leaves. They are the standard tomato green color.
- The inflorescence is simple.
- The fruit is spherical, flattened at the top and bottom, and is red in color.
- The berries weigh between 0.17 and 0.21 kg. The pulp contains 4 to 6 seed chambers.
Reviews from farmers growing this hybrid indicate that a single bush can yield 1,000 to 1,500 grams of fruit. With proper use of expert recommendations and adherence to all agricultural practices, a gardener can obtain 3 to 5 kg of berries per square meter of garden bed.
Farmers note the plant's positive properties, such as its fruit not cracking, which is why retailers are interested in purchasing the tomato. The hybrid is resistant to some nightshade diseases. It is immune to diseases such as late blight, fusarium wilt, verticillium wilt, and tobacco mosaic virus.
But there's a drawback: you can't harvest your own seeds for the next harvest. So, gardeners have to buy a new batch of seeds every year.
This new variety hasn't yet gained widespread popularity in Russia. However, all gardeners who have attempted to grow the hybrid claim that even a novice gardener can grow the tomato on their own.
The fruits of this variety are used in summer salads. They can be pickled and preserved for the winter. When processed industrially, the fruits produce excellent sauces and ketchups. How to grow a Japanese hybrid?
Sow the seedlings 50-60 days before planting them in their permanent soil. They are placed in boxes filled with homemade or store-bought tomato soil. Once the sprouts emerge and have developed one or two leaves, it is recommended to transplant them. This allows the seedlings to establish themselves more quickly in their new location.
Fertilize and water the plants 1-2 times during the seed germination period. Young shoots are moved to a brighter location.
Harden off the tomato seedlings 8-12 days before transplanting them to their permanent soil. They are initially placed outdoors for half an hour, then gradually increased to 8 hours a day. The hybrid is transplanted outdoors in the last ten days of May. The planting pattern is 0.4 (0.5) x 0.6 m. Four to six plants can be placed per square meter.
This tomato variety should be tied to sturdy supports. Fertilize the plants twice a season. Initially, they are given nitrogen and organic fertilizers, and after the ovaries have developed, phosphorus and potassium mixtures are added. It is recommended to water the plants with warm water before sunrise.
To ensure a good harvest, loosen the soil under the bushes regularly. This helps eliminate root parasites. Weeding is done twice a week. This preventative measure helps prevent the spread of certain tomato diseases.
If the above measures do not help, then fungal and bacterial infections are eliminated by treating the bushes with medicinal products, for example, Fitosporin. If garden pests (aphids, caterpillars, Colorado potato beetles) appear on the hybrid's leaves, poisonous chemicals are used to kill them. Slugs are repelled by applying ash powder to the tomato roots. This substance also helps kill insect larvae that parasitize the hybrid's roots.
