The Persian Fairytale tomato variety is a first-generation hybrid. This determinate plant produces high yields of brightly colored fruits with a rich, sweet and sour flavor. These tomatoes contain a complex of vitamins and nutrients. The plant is highly productive and disease-resistant.
Advantages of a hybrid
The Persian Fairytale tomato is a mid-early hybrid. The harvest can be completed 104-107 days after germination. The determinate plant reaches a height of 50-60 cm.

During the growing season, stocky, robust bushes develop. The leaves are large, simple, and have large lobes. The first flower stalks form at the 5th to 6th leaflet level. Subsequent clusters are spaced at intervals of one leaf. The inflorescence is simple and dense, producing and ripening 5 to 7 round fruits.
Description of fruits:
- At the stage of technical ripeness, tomatoes are uniformly green in color without a spot near the stalk.
- Ripe tomatoes are an intense orange color with a peach blush, and are almost red inside.
- The fruits are very beautiful, firm, with a glossy surface.
- The weight of 1 tomato is 130-150 g.
- In tomatoes, the dry matter content is within 6.2%, sugars - 40%.
- 100 vegetables contain 20 mg of ascorbic acid.
- The fruits contain a large amount of carotene.

This hybrid is suitable for cultivation in open ground and plastic greenhouses. It is highly resistant to tobacco mosaic virus and fungal diseases. Tomato yields in plastic greenhouses reach 10-12 kg/m².

Cultivation techniques
The Persian Fairytale hybrid is grown from seedlings. Before sowing, the seeds are soaked in a water and table salt solution. This procedure allows the healthy seeds to be separated from the bottom of the container.
To ensure plant immunity to fungal diseases and good crop development, the seed material is soaked in an aqueous solution of potassium permanganate and treated with a growth stimulator.

In containers with prepared soil, make 1-cm-deep furrows into which seeds are placed, spaced 2-3 cm apart. This distance allows the seedlings to be transplanted without damage.
During the growing process, it is recommended to periodically feed the plants, and a week before planting, mineral fertilizers containing potassium and phosphorus should be added to the soil.
When two true leaves have formed, the plants are transferred to separate containers. Peat pots are best for this purpose, as they can be used for planting in their permanent location.
Planting holes for the bushes are spaced apart and filled with compost. After transplanting, the plants are watered periodically and given a complete fertilizer according to the manufacturer's recommendations.
Recommendations from vegetable growers
Reviews from vegetable growers cultivating the Persian Fairy Tale hybrid indicate the excellent taste of ripe fruits and the high yield of low-growing bushes.

Anatoly Gerasimov, 61 years old, Astrakhan:
"Last season, I planted the Persian Fairytale variety in a greenhouse. I ordered the seeds directly from the breeding company. This reduces the risk of introducing low-quality material into the soil. I usually grow tomatoes from seedlings. Before planting, I treated the hybrid seeds with a growth stimulant and placed them in pots with prepared soil. The formed seedlings were then transplanted into the ground. Throughout the growing season, low bushes formed, producing numerous tomatoes. A distinctive feature of this hybrid is its ability to set fruit even under unfavorable conditions. The tomatoes are calibrated and sweet. I've used them fresh and for canning."
Evgeniya Samoilova, 56 years old, Yaroslavl:
"Last season, I was faced with the choice of which tomatoes would be best for my greenhouse. The selection criteria were disease resistance, compact growth habit, and high yield. The Persian Fairytale hybrid met all my requirements. Throughout the growing season, strong bushes formed that didn't require staking. The key was to harvest on time. The fruits are firm, with a rich tomato flavor. I used them fresh for salads and juices."
