In the open field, this variety is grown under plastic cover. It is cultivated by gardeners who appreciate sweet tomatoes. This tomato is used in salads, ketchups, juices, and sauces.

What does a farmer need to know about the Rosamary tomato?

This variety has the following characteristics:

1. The first fruits of the plant can be obtained 110-115 days after sowing the seeds.
2. This tomato plant is characterized by numerous dark green leaves. The leaves have a typical tomato shape.
3. The height of a bush with a powerful trunk can reach 1.2-1.3 m, but with the implementation of all agricultural measures and good care of the bushes, they grow in height up to 1.7-1.8 m.
4. Rosemary is grown on a trellis, which must be tied to a sturdy support. The flower clusters should also be tied. If these precautions are not taken, the branches may break under the weight of the ripening fruit.
5. The vegetables have the shape of a slightly flattened spheroid with slight ribbing in the stalk area.
6. A single tomato weighs between 0.44 and 0.55 kg. It is colored in vibrant shades of pink. The flesh has the consistency of the inside of a watermelon.

According to farmers who grow this variety, the Rosamarin tomato has good resistance to diseases such as late blight and fusarium. After the ovaries appear, it is recommended to tie the plant trunks to supports, and when the brushes develop, tie them up as well. For normal growth of bushes, it is necessary to constantly loosen the soil under them, weed in a timely manner, and water the plants with warm water (in the evening, after sunset).
