- We will use frozen currants, you will need about 100 grams.
- Pour honey or syrup over the berries and let them sit for a bit.
- Add ice cream, 100 grams of vanilla.
- Beat everything with a blender until you get a homogeneous, thick mass.
- If you plan to drink the smoothie, add milk and mix everything again.
Storage life
Frozen currants can be stored for up to one year. There are no strict shelf life restrictions. If currants are stored longer without being defrosted, they will be fine.

Rules for defrosting and further use
