Siberian breeders have created a wonderful tomato variety that incorporates the best qualities of nightshade vegetables. The Lyubimy Prazdnik tomato has strong immunity to various viruses and fungi. It is resilient to weather conditions and boasts high yields.
Growing this plant is simple. Even a novice gardener can grow the Lyubimy Prazdnik variety in their own garden. Before starting, it's worth familiarizing yourself with the manufacturer's recommendations. The seed packaging includes characteristics and a description of the Lyubimy Prazdnik variety, as well as a table of sowing dates for seedlings and planting them in the ground.
Characteristics of the variety
This cultivar is a determinate variety. A mature plant reaches 80-120 cm in height. The bush has a strong stem and a robust root system, allowing it to withstand cold temperatures and prolonged drought without losing its foliage or fruit.

The foliage is regular in shape and dark green. The bush is sparsely filled with leaves. Despite the plant's compact size, gardeners still recommend providing it with additional support and regularly tying up the stems.
The bush should be trained to have two stems. Most gardeners who have planted the Lyubimy Prazdnik variety report good yields from tomatoes with two main stems. Regular side-shooting is also recommended. This will prevent the tomato from losing its strength on branches without fruit.
The "Favorite Holiday" tomato is designed for growing in colder climates. Plants are grown in greenhouses or under plastic. In warmer climates, the "Favorite Holiday" variety also thrives in open ground.

Tomatoes are highly productive. Approximately 7-8 kg of fruit are harvested per square meter. The growing season is average, lasting 115-130 days.
The fruits of the Favorite Holiday variety have the following description:
- The tomatoes are round in shape with a pointed tip at the bottom.
- The tomato is pink in color. Sometimes yellow stripes or streaks are present. Slight ribbing is present.
- The tomato skin is thin yet strong, protecting the fruit from cracking.
- The average weight of one tomato is from 400 to 450 g.
- The fruit can be harvested when they are milky-colored. They ripen well at room temperature.
- The Lyubimy Prazdnik variety has excellent flavor. The combination of tartness and sweetness gives the tomatoes a pleasant, piquant taste. They contain a high amount of dry matter, which has a beneficial effect on human health.
- The vegetable's flesh is dense, juicy, and aromatic. It contains a small number of small seeds.
- The harvest can be stored for approximately 1-1.5 months. When transported properly, the fruits retain their marketable appearance.

The "Favorite Holiday" tomato variety receives excellent reviews from gardeners. It's easy to care for, resistant to fungi and pests, and versatile.
Tomatoes can be used to make a variety of tomato dishes, such as ketchup, paste, lecho, and juice. Furthermore, the fruits are very healthy to eat fresh. That's why every homemaker will say, "I grow the Lyubimy Prazdnik variety in my garden for the nutrients and abundant vitamins they contain."
Growing rules
Tomatoes are grown using seedlings. To begin, you'll need the following:
- A special box or container for seedlings. The sides of the container should be at least 10-15 cm high.
- Nutrient-rich soil. You can purchase it in advance at a specialty store or prepare it yourself by mixing equal parts coarse sand, peat moss, and turf soil.

Before planting, seeds should be tested for germination. To do this, immerse them in a saline solution for 10 minutes. Empty and unviable seeds will float to the surface, while good seeds will sink to the bottom. The planting material can be treated with a growth activator and a weak solution of potassium permanganate. This will disinfect the seeds from fungi and stimulate rapid growth.
Tomatoes should be planted in the soil to a depth of no more than 2 cm. Sprinkle the seeds with clean peat moss or a nutrient-rich mixture, but do not compact them. Cover the container with plastic wrap and place it in a warm place until the first sprouts appear. Ventilate the container daily to prevent excess moisture from remaining in the soil.
When the first loops appear, remove the plastic wrap from the seedlings and move them to a brighter location. For the first week, maintain the temperature between 16 and 18°C, then increase it to 22°C.

Pricking out is done 15-20 days after planting the seeds. By this time, the seedlings should have two strong leaves.
Before planting seedlings outdoors, they need to be "hardened off." To do this, take the plant container outside daily for 1-2 weeks before planting. Place the container in the shade, not in direct sunlight. Young shoots can get burned by the spring sun.
Caring for seedlings is simple: just water them regularly and apply mineral fertilizer once a week. For these purposes, it's best to purchase special preparations that dissolve easily in water. Water the seedlings with this solution.

The bushes can be planted in open ground as early as 60-65 days old. Before planting, the beds are dug and fertilized with complex minerals. Potassium, nitrogen, and phosphorus are good for this purpose.
The holes are spaced 60 cm apart. The same distance is left between the rows. After planting, the beds are watered with warm, settled water and mulched with dry sawdust or straw. Fertilize the soil 1-2 weeks after planting.
Caring for bushes includes such actions as watering, weeding, fertilizing and timely pinching out of side shoots.
Many gardeners fall in love with this variety after the very first harvest. The fruits are large, juicy, and aromatic, delighting with their abundance and excellent flavor.
